Orders can be placed on hold for the following reasons:
- Frame is out of stock
- Frame is no longer available
- Question about your prescription
- Pupillary distance needs to be confirmed
- Awaiting frames for reglazing
- Awaiting payment
Please Note: Your order will be kept on HOLD until the relevant information is confirmed. Please advise us as soon as possible if you do not wish to send a copy of your prescription or if you know your PD and will not be sending us a pair of glasses for a PD check. This will prevent any further delay of your order.
