If you think there is a problem with your order and your item may be damaged, defective, not as expected, or has missing parts, please contact us immediately providing the following information:
- Your order number
- If you're having vision problems - please attach a copy of your prescription from your opticians. Also please advise how you obtained your PD (Pupillary Distance) value
- If your new glasses has arrived but it is damaged or defective - please attach a photo illustrating the fault
Our team will establish the best resolution for you. If a return is required we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form.
