If you think there is a problem with your order and your item may be damaged, defective, not as expected, or has missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible ensuring you enter an order number.

Our team will authorise a return (if required) and send a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form.

Item is Defective - If you're having trouble seeing with your new glasses, please ensure you include a copy of your prescription from your optician.  Also please advise how you obtained your PD (Pupillary Distance) value.


Item is Damaged - If your new glasses has arrived but it damaged, please provide us with any pictures of the issue  so we can ensure a speedy resolution.
